Shipping

1) What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?

We offer shipping within Singapore. Please provide us with a valid shipping address and contact details.

Alternatively you may opt to collect the parcel at the selected stores

Simply indicate the store that you would like to collect the parcel upon checkout.

  • Delivery will take 3-5 working days.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Shipping may take longer during peak season such as sale periods and holidays.

2) Can I cancel my orders?

Unfortunately once your order has been paid and processed, we are unable to cancel your orders.

3) What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Please email us at contact@pureandwell.com.sg and we will provide you with assistance.

4) I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid.

In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Pure & Well will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

5) Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

If we attempt to deliver your order, but there is no recipient present to receive it, we will redeliver on the next available date. Kindly note that there is a re-delivery fee of $5.

6) What happens if there is no one to receive my parcel upon delivery?

In event if there is no one present to receive the parcel, the courier will either:

1) Fail the delivery & an email will be sent to you with a rescheduling link to choose the next date/time-slot for your delivery. Should there not be a date / time-slot chosen, our courier will reschedule it for a re-delivery for the next business day.

2) Give you a call to check if you would like to have your package left at a secure location of your choice.

7) How Do I Return a Product?

Returning Supplements:

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you find that your product is in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us at contact@pureandwell.com.sg with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be returned to us.

Returning Food Products (confectionery, fruit, nuts and seeds):

If you find any of our food products have been compromised, , please email us at contact@pureandwell.com.sg with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be returned to us.

Please do not return any items before you email us. We will get in touch with you and expect the return. For returns that were not emailed to us, we will not be able to process the request.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking for your returns. Alternatively, you can return the products personally.

8) What should I do if there are missing products?

  • Missing products must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of parcel, after which Pure & Well will not be liable for any loss.
